If I have to choose one destination
on the planet that has got the best beaches, high-rise hotels, nightclubs,
shops and restaurants, I will zero in on Cancun. It’s unadulterated pristine
environment, tranquility and cosmopolitan attributes made booking a cheap
flight ticket to Cancun International Airport almost a herculean task this past
December. The hope was little, but fortunately, I managed to book a cheap flight
ticket to Cancun at a reasonable rate from Cheapfaremart.
Here are top things that I liked the most about this city beautiful city.
Xcaret Park
Located nearly 75 kilometers (47 mi)
south of Cancún, this theme park, resort and self-described ecotourism spot in
the Riviera Maya has got everything that grabs the attention of travelers of
all age-groups.
Coba
If anything that describes the
culture of Cancun, it’s Coba, an ancient Mayan city on the Yucatán Peninsula,
in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. This archeological site sheds lights on
the Mesoamerican civilization that flourished around Late Classic Period (AD
600–900).
Xel-Ha Park
This is an aquatic theme park that
deserves attention whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic vacation.
The urbanization has given us the comfort and artificial intelligence but has
taken away the natural and living beauty. Thanks to the Mexicans. They have put
their best effort to let travelers get a glimpse of the what it means to live
with nature.

The Cancún Underwater Museum
Museo Subacuático de Arte, known as MUSA is an effort that strives to balance the marine ecosystem. This sea-bottom
museum is a brainchild of Marine Park Director Jaime Gonzalez Canto and the
British sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor. The museum has got 500 sculptures
organized in three different galleries submerged between three and six meters
deep in the ocean at the Cancún National Marine Park. Planning a family
vacation to Cancun? Take note of the little-known facts about the museum here.
How to Reach
Cancun International Airport connects
the place with the world. The destination is served by American Airlines,
United Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Aeromexico and Alaska Airlines and many
others with regular flight services. December to February is the peak season so
finding the cheap ticket to Cancun is somewhat blinkered, but being meticulous
you should make your booking a month or two in advance. Look for the Cancunflight deals with different online flight booking service providers as you can
compare Cancun airfares before booking flight tickets to Cancun. You can seek
world-class accommodation as there is a dedicated Hotel Zone just 20 Km from
the airport.
